Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the perfume in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
